What we collect

At signup: your name, date of birth, email address, company name, and optionally a phone number and country. The date of birth confirms you are old enough to hold an account. While you use refactory: the records your company enters (products, orders, payments, deliveries) and the messages exchanged with customers through connected channels.

How we use it

To run the service for your company, keep accounts secure, send the notifications you turn on, and provide support.

Your customers’ data

refactory processes your customers’ details and messages on your company’s behalf. Your company decides what is collected and why.

Who we share it with

The providers that make the service work, such as hosting, messaging channels, push notifications and the AI assistant, and only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Retention periods while an account is active and after it is closed.

How data is protected, including encrypted channel credentials and end-to-end encrypted team chat.
